Why Linkava

Everything after the handshake, handled.

Meeting people is the easy part. Linkava takes care of what usually falls apart afterwards — the saving, the remembering, and the following up.

Every contact remembers where you met — so “that founder from the summit” is a search, not a mystery.

A pipeline, not a pile

Move people from new to contacted to done. Three stages, not seven — so it's a system you'll actually keep up.

Notes while it's fresh

Jot down what you talked about the second you meet — it's still there, next to their profile, when you follow up.

Features tagged iOS app live in the Linkava app — free on the App Store.

How it works

Three steps to a network that sticks.

No badges to print, no cards to order, no spreadsheet to maintain. Just your phone.

Share

Set up your free profile at linkava.me/you and pull up your QR code — anyone can scan it, no app needed on their side.

02iOS app

Scan

Meet someone worth remembering? Scan their Linkava, LinkedIn, or any other QR in the app and they're saved instantly, tagged to the event.

03iOS app

Follow up

Add a note while the conversation is fresh, then work your pipeline — new, contacted, done — until the intro becomes something real.

In plain terms

A digital business card with a memory.

Two products that have always belonged together, and are almost never sold together.

A digital business card is a web page holding your contact details that someone opens by scanning a QR code. Because you hand over an address rather than a printed copy of your details, you can change what's on it after it has been shared — new job, new number, new handle, same code. That's the half Linkava does for free, on the web, at linkava.me/your-name.

The half nobody solves is the other direction. You leave an event with forty contacts, no memory of which conversation went with which name, and no record of who you've already replied to. A week later the whole batch is dead. Sharing your card beautifully and then losing everyone you met is a strange definition of success.

So the Linkava app scans people in— Linkava codes, LinkedIn codes, or any other — tags each one with the event you were at, keeps the note you typed while it was still true, and tracks whether you've followed up. Three stages: new, contacted, done. That's the whole system, and it's small enough that you'll still be using it in March.

Who it's for

Built for people who meet a lot of people.

If you hand out your details more than a few times a month, the maths on paper cards stops working — and the maths on remembering everyone never worked at all.

Conference regulars

Three days, forty conversations, no cards left by Friday. Scan everyone in two seconds and walk out with a list tagged by event instead of a pocket of cardboard.

Founders

Your title, your company and your pitch change faster than a print run. One QR code that never goes stale — edit the page, the code stays the same.

Sales and recruiting

Let a prospect save you in one tap, on the channel they actually answer. Then work them through new → contacted → done so nobody quietly goes cold.

Working across borders

WhatsApp in Europe, Zalo in Vietnam, Telegram everywhere else. Put all twelve platforms on one profile and let people pick the one they use.

FAQ

The questions people ask first.

Short answers to what usually decides it. There are more on the full FAQ page.

What is Linkava?

Linkava is a digital business card and personal CRM. It gives you a public profile page at linkava.me/your-name with a QR code that shares every way to reach you — LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone and more — and an iOS app that scans other people's QR codes straight into your own contact list, tagged to the event where you met, with notes and a three-stage follow-up pipeline.

Do I need an app to use Linkava?

No. Creating your profile page and QR code is done entirely on the web at linkava.me, and anyone can scan your QR code with their phone's built-in camera — they do not need Linkava installed. The Linkava iOS app is only required for the scanning and CRM side: saving other people into your contacts, tagging them to events, adding notes, and working the follow-up pipeline.

Is Linkava free?

Yes. Linkava's free plan includes a public profile page, your personal QR code, up to five links, and basic scan history, with no credit card required. Linkava Pro costs $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year and adds unlimited links, custom QR code styling, premium profile background styles, event tagging and reminders, contact notes and follow-up nudges, and priority support.

Does Linkava work with LinkedIn QR codes?

Yes. The Linkava iOS app scans LinkedIn's own QR codes as well as Linkava codes, so you can capture someone who has never heard of Linkava. The contact is saved with their LinkedIn profile attached, tagged to the event, and enters your follow-up pipeline the same way a Linkava scan does.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. As of July 2026 Linkava is available as an iOS app on the App Store, and an Android app is in development. You can join the Android waitlist on the Linkava homepage to be emailed when it launches. In the meantime, Android users can still create and share a Linkava profile page and QR code on the web — only the scanning and CRM features require the app.

What is my Linkava QR code and does it ever change?

Your Linkava QR code points at your profile page — linkava.me/your-name — and never changes, even when you edit your links, photo, bio or job title. That means you can print it on a badge, a card, a laptop sticker or a conference banner once and keep updating what it leads to. This is the main advantage over a paper business card, where changing a phone number means reprinting the whole batch.
