Linkava ("Linkava," "we," "us," or "our") provides a service that lets you create a shareable profile page and QR code linking out to your social media, contact details, and other links of your choosing (the "Service"). Linkava is a tool for sharing links. Your profile may point to third-party websites, apps, or services (for example, social media profiles or payment links) that you add yourself. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party destination your links point to. Visiting a linked destination is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, database, authentication, and analytics providers), bound by obligations to protect your data.
• Other users, to the extent you make information public on your profile page.
