Please include the email address you signed up with and, if relevant, a screenshot of the issue — it helps us resolve things much faster.

Signing in

You can sign in to Linkava with Apple, Google, or an email address and password. If you signed up with one method and later use another with the same email address, they connect to the same account. You can manage your sign-in methods from Account settings in the app.

If you can't sign in, make sure you're using the email address you registered with, then contact us and we'll help you recover access.

Subscriptions and billing

Linkava Pro is billed through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription. To manage, change, or cancel it, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or manage it from the App Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your profile and QR code

Your public page lives at linkava.me/your-nameand your QR code always points to it — you can update your links, photo, and bio any time without reprinting anything. If your page isn't loading, check that it's set to public in the app under Account settings.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account directly in the app: open Account settings and choose Delete account. This removes your sign-in and hides your public page immediately, and permanently deletes your data after a short recovery window. You can also email us and we'll process the deletion for you.
