The basics
What is Linkava?
Linkava is a digital business card and personal CRM. It gives you a public profile page at linkava.me/your-name with a QR code that shares every way to reach you — LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone and more — and an iOS app that scans other people's QR codes straight into your own contact list, tagged to the event where you met, with notes and a three-stage follow-up pipeline.
Do I need an app to use Linkava?
No. Creating your profile page and QR code is done entirely on the web at linkava.me, and anyone can scan your QR code with their phone's built-in camera — they do not need Linkava installed. The Linkava iOS app is only required for the scanning and CRM side: saving other people into your contacts, tagging them to events, adding notes, and working the follow-up pipeline.
Is Linkava free?
Yes. Linkava's free plan includes a public profile page, your personal QR code, up to five links, and basic scan history, with no credit card required. Linkava Pro costs $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year and adds unlimited links, custom QR code styling, premium profile background styles, event tagging and reminders, contact notes and follow-up nudges, and priority support.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. As of July 2026 Linkava is available as an iOS app on the App Store, and an Android app is in development. You can join the Android waitlist on the Linkava homepage to be emailed when it launches. In the meantime, Android users can still create and share a Linkava profile page and QR code on the web — only the scanning and CRM features require the app.
Your profile and QR code
What is my Linkava QR code and does it ever change?
Your Linkava QR code points at your profile page — linkava.me/your-name — and never changes, even when you edit your links, photo, bio or job title. That means you can print it on a badge, a card, a laptop sticker or a conference banner once and keep updating what it leads to. This is the main advantage over a paper business card, where changing a phone number means reprinting the whole batch.
Which platforms can I put on my Linkava profile?
Linkava supports twelve link types on a profile: LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Zalo, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Telegram, X, email, phone, Laittern, and any website URL. Free profiles can show up to five links; Linkava Pro removes that limit.
Can I change my linkava.me username?
Yes. Your username is the slug in your public URL, linkava.me/your-name, and you can change it from your Linkava dashboard as long as the new one is not already taken. Your QR code is regenerated to point at the new address, so re-share or reprint it after a change.
Can I hide my profile page?
Yes. Your public page can be switched to private from Account settings in the Linkava app or the web dashboard. While it is private the page and its QR code stop resolving for visitors; switching it back to public restores the same URL.
Scanning and the CRM
What happens when I scan someone's QR code?
Scanning a QR code in the Linkava iOS app saves that person into your contact list immediately — no typing. Linkava reads Linkava profile codes, LinkedIn QR codes, and standard contact QR codes, pulls across whatever details the code carries, and tags the new contact with the event you are currently at so you can find them later by where you met.
Does Linkava work with LinkedIn QR codes?
Yes. The Linkava iOS app scans LinkedIn's own QR codes as well as Linkava codes, so you can capture someone who has never heard of Linkava. The contact is saved with their LinkedIn profile attached, tagged to the event, and enters your follow-up pipeline the same way a Linkava scan does.
How does the follow-up pipeline work?
Every contact you scan into Linkava starts at the status 'new'. You move them to 'contacted' once you have reached out, and to 'done' when the conversation has run its course. Combined with event tags and free-text notes, this turns a pile of unread business cards into a short, workable list of people you actually owe a reply.
Are my contacts private?
Yes. The contacts you scan into Linkava are stored in your own account and are not visible to other users, and Linkava does not sell contact data. Your public profile page is the only part of Linkava that is deliberately public — everything on the CRM side is yours. Full details are in the Linkava Privacy Policy at linkava.me/privacy.
Account and billing
How do I sign in to Linkava?
You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an email address and password. If you sign up with one method and later use another with the same email address, both connect to the same Linkava account. Sign-in methods are managed from Account settings.
How do I cancel Linkava Pro?
Linkava Pro is billed through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Linkava and cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my Linkava account?
Open Account settings in the Linkava app and choose Delete account. This removes your sign-in and hides your public page immediately, then permanently deletes your data after a short recovery window. You can also email [email protected] and the deletion will be processed for you.
How do I contact Linkava support?
Email [email protected]. Support normally replies within one business day. Including the email address you signed up with, and a screenshot if the question is about something visual, gets issues resolved faster.
